Welcome to Es Despertar, a space where a rediscovery of our most authentic origins awakens our senses. We rent out the whole house with a capacity for 11-12 people. We offer delightful, well-maintained tourist accommodation, with good leisure opportunities for all sorts of visitors and with all the services necessary to enjoy your stay. The property is fully equipped, with large spaces for walking outdoors, and many indoor spaces and areas to do whatever pleases you the most. Es Despertar is moreover an active, moving space, like nature itself, where you will find various multipurpose rooms to hold all kinds of recreational, sports, cultural and general leisure activities.
The Property Es Despertar is located on 6,500 m2 of grounds, at the entrance to the small village of Nalec, to the south of the Urgell region and right at the heart of the Corb Valley. It consists of a main house surrounded by almond and olive trees, among other fruit trees; a children’s play area in natural word with a trampoline; a 150 m2 storehouse divided into a 60 m2 room, fully equipped for artistic and cultural activities, and a 90 m2 garage.
· The House Completely independent 360 m2 chalet-type house, divided into two main floors and the loft. The first floor consists of 150 m2 divided between a large dining room/kitchen with fireplace, three double bedrooms (two with double bed and one with two single beds) and two triple bedrooms (with bunk beds and trundle bed) to accommodate 11-12 people, two complete bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath) and a large terrace which goes round a large part of the house, offering magnificent views of vineyards, olive groves and cereal fields. The 150 m2 ground floor consists of a 90 m2 multipurpose room, a library with fireplace, a complete bathroom and a small cellar. The large room is equipped with a counter, gas cooker, small fridge and long wooden table with chairs for 12 people. Tables and chairs are available for celebrations, parties, conventions… for up to 60 people. The library has an image and video projector with a portable screen to be able to hold meetings, talks, workshops, etc… The bathroom, like the whole of the large room and the library, is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility.
· Outside Outside there is a barbecue area with a marble table to be able to enjoy outdoor meals in good company. The play area for children is in front of the main terrace, and has swings, a slide, sandpit and trampoline. There are some 6,500 m2 of fully enclosed land around the main house among rows of almond trees accompanied by other fruit trees and wonderful views of the Corb Valley. The property’s annex building is divided into different parts. There is a fully equipped room for workshops or dance rehearsals, theatre, music, yoga retreats, tai chi, etc… Another part of the annex consists of a garage for cars, motorbikes, quads/ATV or bicycles, where there is a workbench with tools, air compressor, high-pressure cleaner, a stand for enduro motorbike and another for bicycles. After the garage there is a kennel and a woodshed. There is also direct access to the village from outside, as we have a gate which leads to the children’s playground, sports area with indoor football field and municipal swimming pools, to which the guests at Es Despertarhave free access. |
