Welcome to the Antique Car Museum of Iowa that opens the public doors to the tremendous history of automotive industry. Since the museum opened it has served the educational aim being an obvious reminder of the past.
At present the collection numbers over 90 cars spanning the period from 1899 to 1970’s which are placed on the exhibition area of 28,000 square foot. The museum houses as well some featured exhibits such as Skelly gas station from the beginning of the 20th century and the Abernathy Boys.
Most of the displayed machines weren't modernised and are preserved in their original way that creates a special atmosphere and feeling by watching these antiques.
At the museum's gift shop there is a big choice of memorabilia items, hats, books, T-shirts and so on. In the nearby area a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes are located to make your stay comfortable.
The museum is closed on Monday.
