Rating:

The campsite offers FREE camping services. There are 1-5 camsite units with fire rings and picnic tables. The site is near water, pets are also welcome.

There is enough shade, if it is hot and plenty of open sunny space in case you need some solar energy. It is possible to take a trail to Matheny Creek which is a bit challenging but quite ok for some physical exercising.

This location is quite good if you are intending to go to the Quinault and Ruby Beach areas of Olympic, as the campsite is located between them, so there is no need to move with your RV.

Directions:

Drive approximately 10.5 miles west of Amanda Park, WA on US-101. When you see signs for NF-21 turn right and drive down the road for 8.0 miles. Pass the bridge and there will be the campsite on the right.
