The campground is located in the rural area between Summit Creek and Forest Road 4510. It has a beautiful surrounding of red cedar, western hemlock and Douglas fir forest.

The close location of Forest Road 4510 makes it sometimes dusty. The area is open with no screening between camp units.

The camping site has 6 units. Units 1-5 are intended for tent camping or pickup campers. Unit 6 is located on the other side of Forest Road 4510 and may be good for short trailers.

There is a vault toilet and an information board in the camping area. The sites have fire rings and picnic tables.

The road to the site is narrow and steep. The site is popular with hunters in the fall.

Restrictions:

- Maximum vehicle/combination length is 20-30’ feet for main area; Unit 6 spur is 40’ and may be suitable for short trailer.

- Horses prohibited in campground

- 14-day stay limit

Camping at Summit Creek is FREE of charge, no reservations are accepted.
