The British Commercial Vehicle Museum welcomes all interested to deep into the history of the British transport industry and enrich knowledge in this sphere of human life.
The exhibited vehicles include: early Fire engines, antiquarian buses and other commercial and historical vehicles.
The site where the museum is located originally was the Leyland Motors factory where most of the exhibits were taken from.
The site also serves a mecca for some events such as Vintage Motor Scooter Day and the Meccano, the Classic & Vintage Ford Day and Hornby Exhibition Event.
Exhibits include the purpose built Popemobile from the Pastoral trip of Pope John Paul II to the United Kingdom in 1982, a 1922 12hp Star Motor Company vehicle and a Leyland Tiger Cub, lorries, a Steam tractor and many other interesting vehicles.
