This FAQ takes you through some of the most important steps in how to create a motorcycle tour. Not all steps are shown in full details. We trust the information shared here are giving you a solid foundation to get started and to enjoy creating your own motorcycle route planning. It is recommended to create a route in three steps:
1) Set start-via-end points as to determine the main places on the route Start to get the overview of the tour by placing the main places to go. To get started creating a tour you must click on the "Create tour" button, which will take you to Create Tour web page.
Should you like to use your home position as a start point when you create a tour, just click on the icon in the tool bar. The toolbar can be found in the top right position, where you also have other options for setting start and end points.
Build the route by clicking on the map. Each time you click a via point is added.
Here is shown how to select an address when creating a motorcycle route. If you want to search for a specific address, you just write the address at the specific point and a drop down with suggestions will appear.
When you want to convert the last Via point to en End point, you click on the red End point icon which is shown transparent.
2) Drag the route to shape it to go on exactly the roads you want. Now the main points on the route are done. Now you can shape the route to take you out on all the great twisty motorcycle roads. You can drag the route to shape it ensuring you ride on your motorcycle on exactly the roads you want.
3) View and prepare for downloading to your GPS or ride it using the app Once finished creating the route, you click on "Save and view tour".
